There are very few signs in the early stages of prostate cancer. Most men are likely to find out they have abnormalities after a routine check examination by their physician. Here are symptoms however that one shouldn't ignore:
- Frequent urination
- Urinating during the night
- Difficultly in urinating
- Urinary incontinence
- Fecal incontinence
- Blood in urine
- Pain during urination
- Pain in ejaculation
- Hard time keeping an erection
- Pain located (but not specific to) the lower back
- Lower abdominal pain
